Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 30 (20816)
Description
This 35 y/o mom of three consulted with us at the Aesthetic Center for restoring her breasts and tummy. She was referred by various friends who had seen Dr. Graham. Breasts: "I want them back where they were before kids." Tummy: "I have complete diastasis and want that repaired." She was in excellent general health and at ideal body weight. She didn't plan any more children (IUD). Dr. Graham's evaluation noted no breast disease, but grade 3 ptosis (sagging), minimal asymmetry, loss of volume particularly in the upper pole. Her abdomen showed prominent laxity of the muscle and fibrous layers, extensive striae (stretch marks) and central skin looseness. Our recommendations were a combination of breast lift, breast augmentation, and tummy tuck. This is commonly known as a "mommy makeover"
