Breast Augmentation : Case 54 (18658)
Description
This healthy mom of one consulted Dr. Graham about breast enlargement. She reviewed all her questions and details about the procedure, implants, recovery, potential risks and decided that saline subpectoral breast augmentation was for her. She had some difference in breast size which we planned to conceal by filling the implants differently. She chose 250-300ml fill range, more in her right breast. She also chose an incision around the lower areola. She recovered nicely. Her postop size was 34C.
