Breast Augmentation : Case 74 (20650)

Description

This 21 year old young woman sought Dr. Graham's advice about breast enhancement. She had done on-line research, and was accompanied by her mother. She was in excellent health, worked an office job, and enjoyed CrossFit exercise. There was no history of breast disease. She was in a 34 B bra and wished for a 34 full C to D. Using our 3-D simulation computer imaging and sizers in a bra in front of a full-length mirror she determined she wanted 450 ml implants. We advised that these would give her larger than a D cup, but would be proportional for her frame. She recovered well and resumed activities within 1-3 weeks. At her one-week postop visit she said, "I'm loving it." She did notice decreased sensation in the nipple and areola areas. Her inframammary incisions had good scars. Her eventual bra size was 34 D-DD. She left positive on-line reviews for us! (Thanks!)
