Breast Augmentation : Case 60 (20766)

Description

This 50 y/o woman consulted Dr. Graham about breast enhancement. She found us after after a thoughtful web search. She had one child, no history of breast problems and normal routine mammograms. She wanted the increase her bra size from 32 A to a larger proportional size. "I just want to have contour." She decided on implants approximately 250 ml after viewing Vectra 3-D imaging simulation and seeing herself in sizers and normal clothing. Her right breast was larger. She had a history of scar thickening (hypertrophy). After surgery we treated her scars with silicone gel strips and hypertrophy was minimized. She picked 32 D bras postop and was pleased with her look in clothes.
